Al Motiur Enterprise (Mattel Works) was involved in a range of architectural metal fabrication and installation works for the South Supreme residential project of South Breeze Housing Ltd.
The scope of work included:
- Duplex Stair & Railing: Fabrication and installation of customized stair railings, handrails and supporting metal components for the duplex areas.
- Veranda Railing: Fabrication and installation of balcony/veranda railings designed for safety, functionality and architectural appearance.
- Roof Canopy: Fabrication and installation of structural metal framing and canopy components for rooftop/weather-protection applications.
- Main Gate: Fabrication, assembly and installation of the main entrance gate, including structural framing, fittings and finishing.
- Steel Shutter: Fabrication and installation of steel shutters for security and functional access requirements.
- S.S. Stair Railing: Stainless-steel stair railing fabrication and installation, including posts, handrails and associated fittings.
- Grill Works: Customized metal grill fabrication and installation for security and architectural applications.
- Sliding Grill: Fabrication and installation of sliding security grills, including frames, tracks, rollers and related hardware.
- Cable Tray: Fabrication and installation of metal cable trays and supports for organized and protected routing of electrical/communication cables.
- General Metal Fabrication: Cutting, welding, grinding, drilling, fitting, finishing and site installation of customized metal components according to project requirements.
- Site Installation & Finishing: Accurate measurement, alignment, fixing, welding, surface preparation and final finishing of fabricated items at the project site.
The completed scope represents comprehensive architectural and structural metalwork, combining safety, durability, functionality and aesthetic finishing across the duplex, veranda, rooftop, entrance, security and electrical-support areas of the South Supreme project.
